Take a-hike’ was dreamed up somewhat by accident, by two girls who have been childhood friends for as long as they can both remember.

I started planning my Tour du Mont Blanc trek, and realised the lack of gear that was readily available to hikers to make the experience magical

After each of the puzzles of my own trek started falling into place, the idea of this small business, got a firmer grip on my everyday dreams! And as we all know dreams do not like to remain in the dark corners of our thoughts, so they spilled over into our imagination and after much discussions our creativity breathed life into this new venture.
